Die Behandlung mit Bittersalz hat lediglich einen unterst\u00fctzenden (Detox-)Effekt. Bittersalz verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine abf\u00fchrende Wirkung und reinigt damit den Darm.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tipp: Auch bei Verstopfung ist die Wunderwaffe Bittersalz kurzfristig als nat\u00fcrliches Abf\u00fchrmittel wirksam.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u00f6st das Bittersalz in lauwarmem Wasser auf. Dazu verwendet ihr auf 300 ml Wasser zwei bis drei Teel\u00f6ffel. Die Wirkung setzt nach ca. zwei bis drei Stunden ein \u2013 das kann aber individuell etwas abweichen. Durch den extrem bitteren Geschmack von Epsom Salz empfiehlt es sich, ein paar Tropfen Zitronensaft zuzugeben. Das neutralisiert den Geschmack etwas. Das im Bittersalz enthaltene Magnesiumsuflat sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass der Magen-Darm-Trakt schonend gesp\u00fclt wird. Am besten trinkt ihr die Bittersalz-L\u00f6sung auf n\u00fcchternen Magen, das hat den gr\u00f6\u00dften Effekt. Mit der Anwendung verliert ihr ein bis zwei Kilo Gewicht. Dabei handelt es sich allerdings um sog. Wassergewicht, welches schnell wieder zur\u00fcck kommt. Aus diesem Grund ist die eigentliche Di\u00e4t auch so wichtig. Nur damit erzielt ihr den gew\u00fcnschten Effekt.<\/p>\n<p><em>Achtung: Kinder und Erwachsene mit eingeschr\u00e4nkter Nierenfunktion sollten kein Bittersalz verwenden!
