Die Tage werden k\u00fcrzer, Weihnachten r\u00fcckt n\u00e4her und das Essen schmeckt immer besser. Man macht vielleicht nicht mehr so viel Sport und verbringt die Freizeit eher auf der Couch. Das setzt nat\u00fcrlich an. Man m\u00f6chte sich selbst etwas Gutes tun. Gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung und Sport geh\u00f6ren f\u00fcr mich zum Leben dazu. Aber auch B\u00e4der und bestimmte Anwendungen f\u00fcr meinen K\u00f6rper unterst\u00fctzen mich dabei.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/index.php\/basenbader-selbst-gemacht\/\">HIER<\/a> k\u00f6nnt ihr meinen Beitrag \u00fcber Basenb\u00e4der nachlesen.<\/p>\n<p>Heute kommt ein neuer Favorit dazu: das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.purux.de\/kaufen\/epsom-salz-bittersalz\/?sPartner=b0adb684\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Epsom Salz<\/a>. Auch bekannt unter Bittersalz oder Magnesiumsulfat. M\u00f6glicherweise seid ihr schon mal beim Floating gewesen? Denn auch hierf\u00fcr wird das Epsom-Salz verwendet.<\/p>\n<h3>So macht ihr ein Detox Bad selbst<\/h3>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-422 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Badewanne_Epsom_Detox01l-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Badewanne_Epsom_Detox01l-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Badewanne_Epsom_Detox01l-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Badewanne_Epsom_Detox01l-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Badewanne_Epsom_Detox01l-570x380.jpg 570w, https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Badewanne_Epsom_Detox01l.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcllt die Badewanne mit Wasser, so dass die Temperatur sich angenehm anf\u00fcllt. Anschlie\u00dfend gebt ihr 2 Tassen Bittersalz zum Badewasser. Ich mische gerne noch eine Tasse Natron mit dazu. Optional k\u00f6nnt ihr auch ein paar Tropfen \u00e4therisches \u00d6l* mit ins Wasser geben. (Ich mag Lavendel am Liebsten). Mindestens 30 Minuten darin baden. Wenn es f\u00fcr euch angenehm ist,<br \/>\ngerne auch l\u00e4nger. Achtet unbedingt darauf, nach dem Bad (oder auch schon w\u00e4hrend des Bades), gen\u00fcgend zu trinken und euch im Anschluss auszuruhen. Ich wende dieses Bad immer am Abend an und gehe gleich danach ins Bett. Mir hilft es gut, abzuschalten und mich zu entspannen. Au\u00dferdem gibt es mir das Gef\u00fchl, etwas Gutes f\u00fcr mich selbst zu tun. Das macht mich gl\u00fccklich und ich f\u00fchle mich leicht und lebensfroh.<\/p>\n<h3>Das Baden in Bittersalz kann auch weitere Vorteile mit sich bringen:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>sorgt f\u00fcr weiche Haut<\/li>\n<li>hilft, entspannter zu schlafen und sich besser zu konzentrieren.<\/li>\n<li>wirkt schmerzlindernd bei Menstruationsschmerzen (falls ihr in dieser Zeit kein Vollbad nehmen m\u00f6chtet: mir hilft auch ein Fu\u00dfbad und eine W\u00e4rmflasche).<\/li>\n<li>verbessert die Muskel- und Nervenaktivit\u00e4t.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>*falls ihr nicht mit Sicherheit sagen k\u00f6nnt, ob ihr jemand allergisch auf \u00e4therisches \u00d6l reagiert, lieber weglassen oder mit eurem Arzt besprechen. Das gleiche gilt f\u00fcr Schwangere, stillende M\u00fctter und Epileptiker.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ihr m\u00f6chtet keinen Tipp mehr verpassen?
