Doch es geht auch anders \u2013 und zwar ganz nat\u00fcrlich, mit Zutaten, die du wahrscheinlich schon zu Hause hast!<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"528\" data-end=\"691\">Ich zeige dir heute mein liebstes DIY-Rezept f\u00fcr eine selbstgemachte Zahnpasta mit Kokos\u00f6l, Natron &amp; Co. \u2013 ganz ohne Fluorid, Parabene oder k\u00fcnstliche Zus\u00e4tze.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"752\">Warum du bei Zahnpasta zweimal hinschauen solltest<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"977\">Wenn du mal die R\u00fcckseite einer klassischen Zahnpastatube liest, wirst du vermutlich stutzen. Viele Inhaltsstoffe klingen eher nach Chemielabor als nach Mundpflege. Hier drei Beispiele, die mich zum Umdenken gebracht haben:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1310\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"979\" data-end=\"1096\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1096\"><strong data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"994\">Parabene:<\/strong> G\u00fcnstige Konservierungsmittel auf Erd\u00f6lbasis. Stehen im Verdacht, den Hormonhaushalt zu beeinflussen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1097\" data-end=\"1195\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1195\"><strong data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1112\">Fluoride:<\/strong> Auch in Rattengift enthalten. In hohen Dosen toxisch \u2013 warum also t\u00e4glich im Mund?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1310\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1310\"><strong data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1228\">Natriumlaurylsulfat (SLS):<\/strong> Ein Reinigungsmittel, das stark sch\u00e4umt \u2013 aber auch die Schleimh\u00e4ute reizen kann.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1489\">Diese Erkenntnisse haben mich nach Alternativen suchen lassen. Erst kam Calendula-Zahnpasta, dann der Selbstversuch mit Natron pur \u2013 und schlie\u00dflich: meine eigene DIY-Zahnpasta!<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-377 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Zahnbursten01l-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"501\" height=\"334\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Zahnbursten01l-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Zahnbursten01l-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Zahnbursten01l-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Zahnbursten01l-570x380.jpg 570w, https:\/\/www.andrina.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Zahnbursten01l.jpg 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 501px) 100vw, 501px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1538\">Rezept f\u00fcr DIY-Zahnpasta<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1741\">Diese Zahnpasta ist in wenigen Minuten anger\u00fchrt und kommt ganz ohne fragw\u00fcrdige Zus\u00e4tze aus. Die Zutaten wirken auf nat\u00fcrliche Weise reinigend und antibakteriell \u2013 perfekt f\u00fcr die t\u00e4gliche Zahnpflege.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1759\">\ud83e\uddea Zutaten:<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"2029\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1761\" data-end=\"1815\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1763\" data-end=\"1815\">4 EL <strong data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1779\">Kokos\u00f6l<\/strong> (wirkt antibakteriell und pflegend)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1874\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1818\" data-end=\"1874\">3 TL <strong data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1833\">Natron<\/strong> (reinigt sanft und neutralisiert S\u00e4uren)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1875\" data-end=\"1928\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1877\" data-end=\"1928\">1 TL <strong data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1893\">Xylitol<\/strong> (karieshemmend und leicht s\u00fc\u00dflich)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"2029\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1931\" data-end=\"2029\">5\u201310 Tropfen <strong data-start=\"1944\" data-end=\"1962\">\u00e4therisches \u00d6l<\/strong> (z.\u202fB. Pfefferminze f\u00fcr frischen Atem \u2013 unbedingt in Bioqualit\u00e4t!)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4 class=\"\" data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2049\">\ud83e\udd44 So geht&#8217;s:<\/h4>\n<ol data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2188\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2051\" data-end=\"2112\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2054\" data-end=\"2112\">Alle Zutaten in einem sauberen Schraubglas gut vermischen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2113\" data-end=\"2177\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2116\" data-end=\"2177\">Beim Z\u00e4hneputzen einfach die Zahnb\u00fcrste in die Paste tauchen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2188\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2188\">Fertig!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2190\" data-end=\"2316\">Tipp: Wenn das Kokos\u00f6l zu fest ist, im Wasserbad leicht erw\u00e4rmen.
