(Daher der Name Alexandersalz) Der Legende wurden die Pferde von ihm beim Salzlecken beobachtet. Dadurch ist die Salzlagerst\u00e4tte entdeckt worden. Es ist ein nat\u00fcrliches Ursalz ohne Zus\u00e4tze und k\u00fcnstliche Farbstoffe. Zudem ist es frei von Rieselhilfen. Fr\u00fcher war es das wei\u00dfe Gold und wurde teuer gehandelt. Heute gibt es viele Varianten preislich und farblich. Highlight f\u00fcr die K\u00fcche, rosa Kristallsalz aus der Punjab Region.<\/p>\n<h3>Wissenswertes \u00fcber dieses Salz<\/h3>\n<p>Salz ben\u00f6tigt unser K\u00f6rper genauso wie Wasser. Beides brauchen wir zum Leben. Ca. 5 g pro Tag. Ohne Frage ist Salz eine Frage des erlesenen Geschmacks. Das Ursalz wird gesto\u00dfen oder gemahlen. Du erh\u00e4ltst ein Granulat oder kleine Kristalle. F\u00fcr die Salzm\u00fchle hervorragend geeignet. Zum Dekorieren bzw. Nachw\u00fcrzen ebenfalls.<\/p>\n<p>Salz geh\u00f6rt heute in jede K\u00fcche. Doch was wissen wir \u00fcber das Salz? Salz ist eine Verbindung von Natriumchlorid Ionen. Diese bilden ein Kristallgitter. Sie sind Hauptbestandteil vom eigentlichen Salz. Je nach Verarbeitung k\u00f6nnen sich die Salze in Bezug auf den Feuchtigkeitsgehalt, die Festigkeit sowie die Korngr\u00f6\u00dfe unterscheiden.<\/p>\n<p>Legst auch du Wert auf eine gesunde, ausgewogene Ern\u00e4hrung? Ca. 200 km, dem Salzbergwerk Khewra.<\/p>\n<p>Verwendung findet das pinke Salz vielseitig. F\u00fcr deftige Dips oder Vinaigretten. Selbst zum Backen ist es perfekt geeignet.
